Must be LOCAL or should have recent clinical or HL7 exp.
Must-haves
7 years of solid business systems analysis experience in all phases of the SDLC from problem definition through implementation
Proven track record with planning, estimating, organizing and leading complex projects according to plan
Ability to influence and build relationships and demonstrate team leadership in all interactions.
Experience performing business systems analysis for large, complex system implementations.
Ability to create business and functional specifications according to business needs.
Exposure to healthcare
Must have experience with SQL database and writing SQL queries
Must have experience with Oracle and user experience with TOAD

Role
The Integrations Business Systems Analyst will perform the dual role of managing and performing analysis functions for integration projects necessary to be completed for an enterprise-wide systems implementation effort. The BSA/PM will lead/manage the project effort, be the liaison between the business unit and the technical team; perform business requirements analysis, create functional specifications and test plans, and facilitate all efforts throughout the project development lifecycle. This position will manage resources in accordance with the project plan, ensure issues are identified, tracked and resolved in a timely manner and will assist in the enforcement of project deadlines and schedules. The ability to clearly define integration functional requirements and coordinate with the technical team where development is needed is crucial.
