Desired skill set include proficiency in Java language and J2EE environment and working knowledge of C++, Oracle DB, and SQL.

Soft skills include, someone who has a positive attitude when dealing with challenges/problems, can articulate their thoughts well to both technical and non-technical audiences, has a mindset of challenging status quo, and knows how to collaborate well (e.g. balances give and take).

 

NOTE : A person with past eBay/PayPal experience or with an internet based company experience such as Google, Yelp, Netflix, Yahoo, etc. is needed.
