Title: Senior Project Manager / Project Manager (2 Positions)
Location: King of Prussia, PA
Duration: 6 – 12 months
Minimum Requirements:
Candidate must possess the following attributes:
' Demonstrates the value of being a team player through his/her actions
' Possesses strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills
' Ability to interact, direct & influence cross-functional teams that span the organization
' Self-motivated and decisive
' Excellent communication skills
' Excellent organization skills
' Ability to understand and monitor complex technical issues involving web technologies, supply chain technologies, and relational database concepts
' Insists on quality deliverables
' Has the ability to execute under accelerated timeframes
' Has the ability to quickly adapt to change in priorities
' Tenaciously follows up on issues and risk that may impact project success
Required Education/Experience
' 7+ years at a senior level with large scale (15+ team members) system development or integration projects
' Minimum of 10 years experience in management roles
' BS or MS in a computer-related field or equivalent experience
' Minimum 10 years of experience full life-cycle management of large scale technical projects
' Demonstrated ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations
' Prior involvement with high-visibility projects and managing multiple projects concurrently
' Experience with Project Management Tools (i.e., MS Project)
' Proven exceptional written and oral presentation skills
Desirable Requirements:
E-commerce background is a plus.
Localization / internationalization experience is a plus.
