Remedy Consultant

Location:  Lasvegas

Duration: 6+M

 

Anyway here is an altered JD due to high vulnerability in the current situation:

 

1)      Hands-on experience with Remedy custom development including creating objects and designing workflows, changing active links and guides data

2)      Ability to create new forms or modify existing forms based on client requirements

3)      Experience with upgrade to 7.6.04 is must. Should be able to independently lead the upgrade effort while taking care of all existing customizations and data

4)      Hands-on experience with installation and configuration of BMC Analytics (Business Objects tool). Should be able to create new custom objects in BMC Universe in Analytics

5)      Ability to create custom reports as per requirements

6)      Thorough knowledge of CMDB and auto-discovery methods including ADDM. Ability to understand reconciliation rules and asset imports

7)      Good troubleshooting skills for outages related to AR System and related components

8)      Understanding of Service Desk Modules for BMC ITSM Suite
