SFDC Architect. Technical lead

Location: Stamford Connecticut US

 

1 experienced architect based in the US and available to work in Stamford (Contract) Starting in the next 2 weeks

Job Spec:

 

Role:

SFDC Architect. Technical lead / SFDC architect responsible for delivering solutions to meet client requirements on a SFDC platform.

Duration: 5 Months

Responsibilities:

•           Leadership of technical objectives relevant to implementation, design for specifications and running technical architecture meetings.

•           Lead business workshops to derive key requirements and demonstrate potential solutions with SFDC

•           Evangelise best practice implementation experience of SFDC and Force.com implementations

•           Conduct "Whiteboard" sessions to define roadmap of implementations with key business and IT owners.

•           Lead the design for Integration of SFDC:

o          Website integration

o          Content Management integration

o          Bulk email tool integration

•           Conduct technical process, design and build reviews with the offshore team.

•           Design and develop customer solutions in Visual force, Apex.

 

Essential skills:

 

•           Ability to work in the US

•           Leadership and Software Architectural experience.

•           Good communicator with ability to work to tight and changing schedules/specifications and mange a team within them.

•           Strong understanding of process analysis, traceability to design, and have background in transitioning design to those that will develop.

•           Ability to converse with CXO levels about CRM strategy and SFDC best practices

•           A minimum of 6 years working with Salesforce.com, and implementation of multiple projects across different clients.

•           Expert in custom application development with Force.com.

•           Experience in all phases of software development including requirements analysis, design, code, test and integration

•           SFDC certifications: 401

•           Strong technical foundation including; Object Oriented Programming, Advanced structured programming - APEX, Force.com, MVC,  .Net, Java, etc.

 

Desired skills:

 

•           Financial industry knowledge

•           501 certification

•           Experience with TeamSite CMS and Silverpop email integration application

•           Experience of working with an offshore team.
