HIGHLY PREFERRED CERTIFIED PEGA PRPC Consultants

·         Manage and Perform Code ECM changes to SKYC TEST environments on a bi weekly basis. (BAU)

·         Perform Release ECM tasks during planned implementations (Prod)

·         Assist and troubleshoot production issues when it pertains to backend or infrastructure issues. (Prod)

·         Conduct Triage changes for off cycle events. (Prod)

·         Perform user requests to migrate code from production to analyze QC items (BA)

·         Track and monitor performance of SKYC environments and report on a weekly basis. (Prod)

·         POC for tech efforts with CSi, TS TI support groups or GTI pertaining to any events or issues that may affect SKYC. (Prod & BAU)

·         Perform and manage DR efforts (Prod)

·         Coordinates Data Masking activities during new test/dev environments data refreshes (BAU)

·         Set up, monitor and execute file transfer activities (NDM, File Mover, etc.) (Prod & BAU)

·         Interfaces with vendors (PEGA, Oracle, etc,) to initiate and work on service requests for support issues (Prod & BAU)

·         Interface with support groups (DBA, Web logic, SA, etc.) (Prod & BAU)

·         Configure, test and monitor Web logic configuration (Prod & BAU)
