College Degree required

Qualifications: 

Medium to expert conceptual and technical knowledge of Quality Assurance and Testing activities. Experience with managing or guiding small to medium test efforts, developing test cases and awareness to issue resolution process during testing. Ability to apply problem solving skills to address technical issues as well as provide consultation support to clients. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well on cross-functional project teams. Skilled in verbal and written communications with the ability to express medium complexity technical concepts in business terms. Strong knowledge of systems development life cycle and methodologies. Strong technical skills to apply to the maintenance, upgrade and development of supporting utilities for the SEu's chosen test toolset. Experience with HP (Mercury) Test Tool Suite is highly desired. Experience in the industry or in a production/service environment similar to SEU is preferred. 

Responsibilities: 

Conducts consultation and training for Quality Assurance and Testing concepts while capable of administering the company standard testing tools. Provide guidance to the SEu Test standards and methodology to promote consistent test development across the broader organization. Administer and provide technical support for the HP (Mercury) Test Tool Suite. Implement the test methodology within the context of the chosen test tool suite. Develop technical manuals, guidance documentation and knowledge repositories for non-technical client consumption. Develop process and utilities to maintain the consistent delivery of technical and consultation services on behalf of the SEu Test Center of Excellence.
