.       Configuration management, system administration, security administration, network administration, development system implementation, production system implementation.
.       Responds to issues related to system/environment & hardware/software; implements resolution across technology areas.

Preferred Skills/Knowledge
.       Experience in software packaging for enterprise software distribution environment.
.       Experience in technical project documentation which include functional, technical design and development.
.       Work collaboratively with multiple groups to develop, deploy, manage and maintain various platforms (Windows XP & Windows 7).
.       Programming Languages (VB 6, Visual C, C#, C++, WinBatch).
.       Scripting (VB Script, Power Shell, Batch Files).

New Screening Questions:
They need scripting skills that they've used recently.  Some sort of scripting/coding knowledge and comfort in using scripting in automating various Windows installations, tasks, queries and changes.

They need to know how the registry works.  The different types of values in the registry. (DWORD, String,..).  They should know where some of the often used keys reside in the registry (such as the location of keys dealing with

software, Windows and the Run keys).  They should know the difference between the USER and LOCAL_MACHINE keys.  They generally need to feel comfortable moving around inside the registry and adding/deleting keys or

changing permissions.

They need to understand Windows services, .ini files and registering files
(such as .dll & .ocx).   How to create, manipulate and use Windows installer
files (.msi).  And how to capture changes to registry keys or Windows to determine ways to automate the settings.

These are the basics.  If they know this stuff or most of it then I can weed from there.  But they really need to understand these things to even have a chance in the FedEx environment.

Position : Oracle Application Techno-functional Lead
Location : Anaheim, CA
Duration : 9 months

We are looking for an onsite techno functional lead (O2C) on long term basis for the R12 Upgrade project.
This resource should have worked on at least a couple of R12 upgrade projects and need to know the table level changes in order to facilitate the custom objects migration.
He needs to guide the offshore team during upgrade and also coordinate the work between onsite and offshore.
He should be excellent in communication since he would be dealing with entire customer team at onsite including functional

 

Position : SQL Server Developer with MS Sync framework
Location : Naperville, IL
Duration : 6 months

Sr. Developer with 5+ years on the MS Sync framework (VB.NET C#). with basic know-how of SQL Server 2008 (creating tables, triggers, stored procedures).

 
4. Req : Sure Shot Closure on Solution Architect , Manhattan, NY

 

Position : Solution Architect
Location : Manhattan, NY
Duration : 12 months

10+ years of experience in the design and Architecture of solutions to meet client requirements and deliver business benefits.
Provide and manage the technical scope of the project. Work with the project manager and team to create a viable project plan.
Good understanding on WebCenter Suite 11g, Oracle ADF 11g, SOA Suite 11g, Oracle BPM, Java/J2EE and UCM Architecture.
Hands on experience on designing end to end projects using above listed Oracle technologies.
Identify and understand the integration points of the solution.
Proactively support the project manager in the flawless execution of the project by identifying and leading the mitigation of any technical gaps and/or risks.
Represent Clarity at any client governance meetings to discuss technical aspects of the project and make recommendations to enhance/progress the solution.
Provide technical direction and mentoring for all project resources.
Ensure that recommended architecture is in line with industry best practices and current technology.
Be a contributor to the creation of best practices through the identification of reusable project-level assets.
Keep abreast of new technology, methods and techniques to understand how they might be applied to the client's environment.
Independent worker with minimal direction.
Excellent leadership, communications and negotiation skills (i.e., can lead/motivate people, manage multiple priorities and drive effective collaboration across groups). Should be an excellent team player.

 

Position : Oracle WMS Techno-functional
Location : Addison, IL
Duration : 6 months

Should have 7+ yrs of Oracle Application Experience.
Should have done multi projects on WMS/Cartionization.
Should be excellent on PL/SQL, Reports and forms.
Must have good communication skills.

 

 

Position : Sr. Oracle Finance Functional
Location : Sunnyvale, CA
Duration : 6+ months

Finance/Accounting Background. 10 years experience on Oracle EBS . Experience with couple of R12 – Upgrades/implemention. Proven expertise in strong project execution in terms of schedule and performance. Oracle

Applications Functional Consultant with strong background in finance modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, PO) and proven experience in upgrade/implementation projects to help with the R12 finance workshops that are to be

scheduled shortly. The person needs to be senior enough to drive requirements for the entire finance organization and will report into VP Finance. need senior resources (preferably local) who are very suave communicators as

this job entails a lot of interactions with senior management teams

 
7. Req : Hyperion Functional (Planning) Lead/Architect , San Jose, CA

 

*Responsibilities & duties (Mandatory)

Responsibility –  Hyperion Functional consultants: They are coordinator, conduct business discussions with customers, create business requirement document, discuss and finalize design, prepare development plan, guide

offshore team for development, perform system testing, conduct UAT and attain sign off on the basis of acceptance criteria. They need to conduct application specific admin and business user training (acceptance criteria).

*Work experience & skills (Mandatory)

1. Having basic education in Finance (CA/ CPA/ MBA(f)/ B.Com) is mandatory as they are expected to talk to the Financial Controller.
2. Experience of working in Hyperion Planning product is mandatory as that is the product that we are looking at implementing
3. Considering we are looking at  position who would be interacting with the customer/ co-ordinate with the offshore team, we require a senior profile – minimum 10 yrs of finance working experience and minimum 5 years

             of Hyperion experience.
4. More than 3 implementation of Hyperion planning in the capacity of functional consultant
5. It would be good to have a PMP certified/ project management experienced consultant
6. Consultant needs have experience of :
            a. Preparing BRD of budgeting/ planning
            b. Preparing Design document of budgeting/ planning
            c. Prepare development plan
            d. Guide offshore team for development
            e. Perform system testing, conduct UAT
            f. Attain sign off on the basis of acceptance criteria
            g. Conduct application specific admin and business user training
