- 5 or more years of programming/systems analysis experience.

- In-depth technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes.

- Requires 3+ years .NET 3.5/4.0, C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL 2005/2008.

- Experience with Work Flow, Web Services, App Fabric, WCF desired.
