Process Analyst(GC and US Citizen only)

Austin,TX

6Months

 

Process Analyst-  Will be responsible for maintaining all the processes and tools when we go to run.  Responsible for defining  requirements, process gap assessments,  customizing exiting procedures and developing new procedures.  Coaching, mentoring and interfacing with other towers  (such as the tools team).  Prior experience writing procedures and processes. ITIL (service management, problem, change) experience a plus.

We are looking for someone who is Level 5 with experience defining processes in an infrastructure environment.
