Role: PeopleSoft Functional Analyst

Location: Seattle, WA

Duration: Over one year

Do you have any folks who are PeopleSoft Functional Analyst?

This is for a functional expert with in-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft General Ledger and Asset Management modules for upgrade project from PS version 8.4 to version 9.1.

Please only submit candidates with high level knowledge of these modules.

This contract is here in Seattle, WA and will go up to a year or longer.

Work with Project Manager and in-house project team to do the following for GL/AM modules :

Develop detail workplans in support of project schedules, and deliverables for8.4 à 9.1 upgrade.

Perform gap analysis to determine ability of standard 9.1 functionality to meet business requirements .

Provide guidance on new functionality.

Define and document updated business processes for 9.1 PS environment using delivered functionality wherever possible.

Work with IT team to design/develop system modifications when absolutely necessary.

Develop testing plans and conduct testing.

Work with business anaylsts, development team, Oracle Customer support and other resources to resolve system issues.

Develop training plans and conduct training.

Requirements/Qualifications

Minimum 5 years PS General Ledger (GL) experience.

Minimum 5 years PS Asset Management (AM) experience.

Specific experience with at least one version 9.1 PS Implementation or Upgrade.

Extensive knowledge of best practices using PeopleSoft's GL and AM modules, including functionality and configuration.

Extensive experience in PeopleSoft Reporting tools (Query/nVision/ XML).

Experience in security setup preferred.

Specific PeopleSoft Experience using:

Journal and asset import tools
