SAP ABAP PI Developers (2-3 resources)
ASAP - through year end
Location - San Francisco, CA
* The PI developer will be responsible for converting business requirements into technical specs, architectural design, performance tuning, sizing and development.
* Configure and administer PI components (SAP Web AS ABAP/Java, Integration Engine, Adapter Engine etc.).
* Will be supporting and creating new interfaces between PI and ECC 6.0 and SCM
* PI system administration activities including monitoring the technical architecture.
* Over 4 years of SAP experience with PI / XI Integration, monitoring, implementation and support.
* Experience with PI 7.1 and above.
* Experience with full life cycle large project implementations
* Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
* Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities.
* Experience in the role of an Architect and capable in proven methodologies.
* Strong experience with integration builder/repository, runtime workbench, adapter engine, integration engine, SLD.
* Strong experience with PI configuration * communication channels, global data types, message types, message interfaces, mappings, transformations.
* Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web services.
* Strong experience in SAP PM Module.
* Well rounded Skills in other SAP modules will be well regarded particularly PP/SD/MM
* Experience in Utility industry (Gas & Electric transmission) is desired.
