SAS QA Consultant
Pontiac, MI or El Paso, TX

Overview:
The QA Testing Consultant will be responsible for the performance testing, benchmarking, and support of the SAS TESTING environment. This responsibility includes performance tuning, benchmarking the performance matrices, and identifying the bottlenecks. This resource will play a key role in the success of deploying the company vision for emerging technologies and growth strategies.
Requirements:
Must have SAS 6-8 yrs.' of quality assurance test services for projects especially in Enterprise Guide in SAS environment
Responsibilities for this position include the following: create, implement, execute, and maintain automated and manual test cases utilizing:
SAS experience required especially in Enterprise Guide in SAS environment
Strong back-end testing
Strong SQL & Strong UNIX
Experience with Quality Center tool & QTP - prefer candidates with several years of automation experience
Experience with test metrics reporting
Experience in quality assurance/testing, especially system test and UAT
Ability to design and develop test cases and experience with automated or manual software testing processes/tools
Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator
Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support of this project.
