| Job Description: production Analyst/Support (Java Database ) Location: Houston, TX Duration: 6 to 12 Months Description: 1. Production support for highly critical reference data applications in Investment bank 2. The team operates in a 24x7 model. This position requires the candidate to man the US day shift and weekend shift on rotation. Required Skills: 1. Strong written and verbal communication skills 2. Strong on client site etiquettes 3. Strong understanding of production support processes and practices (ITIL certified/trained preferred) 4. Background of Java and Database (should be able to write and run complex data extraction queries) 5. Knowledge of investment banking 6. Experience in production support projects (at least 2 years)
