The qualified candidate should have strong analytical, technical, and leadership skills, and will be involved in all phases
of the development life cycle - from analysis to implementation.

May require a Bachelors degree in a related area and at least 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
The incumbent should have an understanding of project management principles, systems integration, and testing/deployment principles.
