| Experience/Skills: | Should have 7+ years of experience with Microsoft .Net 3.x, office plug in development using VSTO, WPF, C#, Windows API, RDBMS.
Should be able to develop High and Low level Design with relevant documentation, hands-on coding and independent implementation of the complex tasks, Reviews of technical work products, prepare test plan and cases, perform unit and System Testing, UAT Support, Troubleshooting technical problems. Guide and hand-hold development team on design to code mapping. Ability to foresee technical issues faced by development team.
Good to have exposure on static analyzers like FxCop, testing tools like NUnit and configuration management tools.
