Technical/Functional Skills

:

• Must have experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite 11i Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, PA), iProcurement, iReceivables, and iPayables
• Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Tuning and using TOAD
• Experience with Oracle Applications Technology foundation, design and development using tools Oracle Forms, reports, Workflow, XML Publisher, Oracle Discoverer, Oracle Database and SQL loader
• Experience with designing, configuring, developing, customizing and implementing Oracle eBusiness Suite 12i financial and CRM application modules.
• Understanding of Business Processes utilizing Oracle Application Flows across the E-Business suites

Experience Required

:

• Proven track record in configuring, customizing and implementing Oracle E-Business Suite 11i and 12i applications.
• Hands-on Oracle e-business suite 11i and 12i solution design, development, implementation, and management experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

:

• Implement existing oracle Apps solution for a new entity.
• Hand-on as a functional consultant for the implementation
• Serves as Oracle applications solutions architect and leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement ensuring high quality
• Setup, configure, implement, test and validate Oracle eBusiness Suite application modules and extensions. Develop, review and execute the System Test Scripts, perform end to end functional testing of business processes
• Ability to understand business processes, gather requirements and prepare design specifications. Work on Business process reengineering, System Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Solution Design & Development, Testing and Implementation. Guide users in formulating requirements, advice on alternatives and on the implications of new or revised processing analysis. 
• Interface with other internal IT teams and other BU organizations in order to gather required tasks, direction and guidance; and then be able give instructions to the appropriate team

Experience managing a team of Functional and Technical specialists.  Ability to Mentor and cross train team members and foster a healthy team environment

Education

:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information systems, or a business related field with 8+ years of experience related to the duties and responsibilities specified
