Position: SAP Test Lead
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Duration: 12 months
POSITION:
This person will be involved in leading the test execution on multiple enterprise projects. This will entail development of the testing strategy and plan and executing the test plan through all phases of testing.
• Experience as a test lead on large, complex, SAP projects.
• Responsible for developing test strategy and test plan. Leads the test resources through testing execution; ensures testing stays on schedule determines and leads plan for recovery if testing runs behind. Must provide estimates and schedule to achieve the work identified in the plan, identify tasks and secure resources, identify any special training requirements, ensures environment is in place, and ensures that the test cases and data identified will verify that the solution delivered meets requirements.
• Ensures required documents are walked through and approved.
• Determines action plan for items outstanding when conditionally moving from one phase to another.
• Follows process and documentation requirements.
ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED:
• HP Quality Center experience (MINIMUM 3 years experience)
• Demonstrated experience LEADING large complex project testing initiatives within HP Quality Center in a matrixes organization. (MINIMUM 3 years experience)
• DO NOT SUBMIT CANDIDATES WHO HAVE NOT PERFORMED AS A TEST LEAD.
• Experience as a test lead on large complex SAP projects
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and facilitation skills
• Proven ability in meeting project timelines
• Bachelor's Degree
PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
- Project Management experience
- SAP testing experience
