Project Description:
The Downstream Information Risk Management Programme (DS IRM) is leading a number of projects that are designed to reduce risk to client's application, data and IT infrastructure. These projects range in scope and complexity, but almost always impact applications and the staff that support those applications. Class of Business (CoB) Leads work directly with leadership teams to ensure that initiatives are known, staffed and on target to complete on time. The Manufacturing Sales & Distribution (MDS) Shadow. Lead will work at the direction of the MSD CoB Leads to ensure delivery of the DS IRM Programme agenda within MSD.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Business Analyst - Work with the central Downstream IT Compliance Office to understand the both the run and maintain as well as

the project activities;

At the direction of the MSD CoB Lead:
Plan, organize and co-ordinate the required activities and resources for success delivery within given deadlines.
Escalate concerns and issues.
Track status of activities and deliverables.
Participate in Steering team and other meetings to reflect current issues.
