Job Title: Business Analyst.
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 10 months contract

Project Description:
ARMED is a decision support system that delivers information both geospatially and in report form. It is used by senior leadership as well as pricing personnel and Sales staff. It presents graphical views of the operational network and facilitates understanding of what is happening overall on a daily basis in order to make critical decisions. This AMRED V7 projects enhances the decision support system by very valuable and complex functionality:

• Product Quality Assurance
• Customer behavior analysis
• Cross class of business influence

Business Analyst is required to clearly analyze and state the business requirements plus the user acceptance criteria's including the

creation of test scripts, test support and test documentation. The Business Analyst allocation to the project is required until the user has

confirmed, the system meets the defined acceptance criteria's.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

Fulfilled BA role being accountable for the delivery of all BA related project deliverables (e.g. business requirements, user acceptance criteria's, test plan, test scripts, test support, test documentation and user training documentation).Experience working on reporting systems receiving data from complex solutions. Good understanding of requirement and acceptance criteria gathering and creating test plan, test strategy and test cases plus test support.

The required skills include:

Good understanding of business KPI's preferable in the retail business
The business analysis for this project focus on the deviations from pricing strategy
Product Quality Assurance
Customer behavior analysis
Cross class of business influence

Required:
Advance knowledge of Business Requirement Gathering and all testing deliverables (plan, script, test support and user training support).
Experience with at least one reporting and KPI System in the Retail environment.
Good stakeholder management skills

Structured, result oriented and driven approach
Good interviewing skills (Analytical, Thorough, Active listening and validating understanding)
Getting results through others (Very good)

Preferred:
Knowledge of the Retail landscape and Systems
