Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 2 Months Contract and can be extended upto end of the year
Support the upgrade of Wealth Management clients to a new version of
Thomson ONE desktop software. Candidate must be willing & able to
contribute to the end-to-end upgrade process, including -
Calling clients & communicating key messages
Working across Sales, Order Management, Desktop Installation, Training
& Support teams to coordinate the upgrade
Training users on the new product
Tracking & facilitating issue resolution
Consolidating feedback & tracking completion status
Requires Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience. Strong
communication skills, professionalism and external client-facing
experience are required. Candidate must also be self-motivated,
resourceful, have solid critical thinking skills & proven attention to
detail, in order to understand and respond to the varying needs of our
client base.
This is a dynamic role and for the right candidate, it is a
challenging opportunity to experience the business end-to-end.
However, it also means expectations are high and the candidate must be
able to acquire new skills quickly and feel comfortable networking to
'figure out' how to execute on new challenges. Experience with
Microsoft Office is required (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Excel) and
experience with Thomson ONE (or similar product) a plus.
