Relevant Experience (Yrs)

8+ years working experience. 2+ years' experience in QA Lead position

Technical/Functional Skills

• Experience in working in Agile-scrum methodology having understanding of QA process in Agile environment
• Experience in functional testing
• Experience in performance testing
• Experience in automated functional testing
• Strong experience in testing web applications
• Knowledge of testing tools like HP LoadRunner, QTP etc.
• Desired to have experience in testing services/APIs
• Excellent in documentation and analytical skill
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Should have experience in working in an onsite-offshore and cross-functional team model
• Ability to manage multiple tracks

Roles & Responsibilities

-       The person working this position is expected to manage QA process for a business unit and to directly work with Senior Director for reporting and tracking.

-       Will be managing QA Leads and manage and track multiple projects

-       Co-ordinate with development, QA team and other stakeholders

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent and above
