Location – Tallahassee, FL   6 + months

Rate – up to $50/hr Max

·         The Test Automation & Data Quality Analyst develops and executes functional and performance tests, using automated test tools or manual processes to quality assure new or modified applications/systems, primarily in a web-based environment

·         This position also participates in certifying the level of quality prior to application release

Key activities include:

·         Develops and executes test plans to verify the adherence to the company's software development process and requirement/functional specifications

·         Develops and implements strategy to increase QA test coverage utilizing automated testing tools

·         Generates test reports including results of testing/product stability while providing recommendations concerning the release of the product

·         Refines QA processes and leads QA team into following a standard methodology

·         Prepares test approach, plans, procedures, data, environment and test script automation

REQUIREMENTS:

·         Extensive knowledge of automated test tools and ability to work from functional specifications to develop test strategies, test cases and test scripts

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills that allow the ability to perform QA and apply assurance best practices

·         Strong working knowledge of automated test tools as well as test management tools

·         Two or more years hands-on technical experience in implementing and using a variety of Quality Assurance methodologies
