A successful candidates resume follows:
He has 7+ years of hands on Business Intelligence experience in building universes, developing reports, and analyzing OLAP data who has worked in various BO environments linking data from multiple sources, applying several functionalities, and using various Data Providers.
He possesses excellent Crystal SDK development skills with experience in modifying the existing architecture of DotNet based SDK platform to allow ad-hoc reporting via Customer's Portal instead of the standard report viewer. Excellent experience enabling integration of Webi reports to be accessed via Intranet using Webi SDK. He has migrated the Dot net SDK platform from BO XI R2 to BO XI R3 for one of my previous customers.
He has 6+years of Business Objects XI3.0/XIR2/6.x/5.x and Crystal Reports experience - Central Management Console, Central Configuration Manager, Platform Info view, Web / Desktop / OLAP Intelligence, Data Integrator, Designer, Business View Manager, Supervisor, Administrator, Application Foundation, Enterprise Performance / Information Manager, Dashboard Manager, Scorecards, Crystal Reports XI, Xcelsius 2008/4.5, Crystal Decisions, Reports, and Xcelsius Data Visualization, Live Office, Import Wizard, and Report Conversion Tool and Services, and Broadcast Agent Scheduler , Publisher, and Auditor.
