Technical  Service Engineer required Skills: Position 1

Redmond WA.

Long Term

1.       Excellent Technical Support experience (including email / phone support)

2.       Excellent written and verbal communication skills, email writing skills.

3.       Good knowledge of web products & applications, application & database servers.

4.       Monitor Incident queues and resolve tickets

5.       Production application administration and support (high end technical issue resolutions)

6.       Worked in support service.

7.       Excellent communication and co-ordination  skills

8.       Experience in ticketing systems like TFS/UTS or similar application would be added advantage

9.       Windows Server management and also IIS management

10.    Good n/w troubleshooting skills

11.    Excellent trouble shooting skills

12.    Incident, Problem Management, Change Management and Release Management

13.    Well verse with ITIL processes

14.    Scripting Knowledge

Preferred Skills:

1.       Monitoring and Operations Experience in a 24 x 7 x 365 enterprise environment
Experience in NOC

2.       Experience in SCOM, MOM, Site Scope

3.       Expertise in deep understanding of Cloud infrastructure and processes with a focus on fault detection and impact assessments
