1. Excellent C++/C and Unix
2. Data Structures / Generic C++
3. STL - Standard Template Library
4. Memory Pointers / Linked Lists / Hash Table
5. Constructor and Destructor
6. Virtual Functions / Multi Threading / Deadlock handling
7. On Unix - Simple socket programming, calls from client and server side.
Need to highlight hands on experience in the resume and not much of project management experience - Showcase the recent experiences and the candidate's individual contribution
