Rate : $47/hr on C2C All Inclusive
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE
5 Years UNIX System Administration + Escalations Support
Providing expert technical support for assigned client product(s):
1) Resolves technical problems for assigned products that cannot be resolved by Support Tech leads and Technical Support Engineers (TSE's).
2) Mentors the Support Tech Leads and Technical Support Engineers (TSE's) about the technical operation of an assigned product.
3) Drive complex technical issues to a successful resolution - effectively communicate with Developers and Management to get desired results.
4) Complete Root Cause Analysis for complex technical problems – do not just solve individual cases.
5) Accept ownership of Escalation cases for assigned product within SLA guidelines.
Soft Skills:
Management presentation skills
Comfortable working in a high pressure environment to quickly solve complex technical problems
