Duration: 6 months contract.
Responsibilities:
Using data mining techniques to develop approaches or solutions that
facilitate decision-making or otherwise directly impact the company's
objectives
Extensive experience with designing and writing scripts to extract,
transform, cleanse and load data
A solid understanding of the ETL processes and database schemas
Excellent technical troubleshooting and code debugging skills
Ability to work independently or as a team member on projects
Package design/development using Microsoft Analysis Services
Logical and physical dimensional data modeling experience
Regression testing, impact analysis of changes to environment
Data mapping and transformations / data lineage
Requirements:
5 years of ETL Development
Knowledge of implementing data mappings, transformation and conversion
using ETL products.
Database knowledge / experience of MySQL, Oracle and SQL Server
Knowledge of Java, XML and SQL
Experience with Transactional data ETL
Experience writing complex queries, Stored Procedures
