Location: St. Louis, MO 

Duration: 6months

JD:

·         Daily status reporting to the client executive director

·         Handling situations/incidents like outages/degraded services/high-critical order push etc in order to meet business targets by coordinating with all key stakeholders like IT – support-delivery/business/PMO/client Sr Mgmt

·         Extremely good comms and very assertive. A go-getter

·         Someone who is adapt at asking good questions and learning an unknown area by asking minimal questions in order to take control of a business impacting situation for the client

·         Ability to drive structure within an unstructured environment and talk at an executive level in terms of business impact of a situation and driving the root cause to a successful closure

·         4+ years of IT SDLC/support experience

·         Flexibility of working in extensive hours for supporting a business mission critical system incident

Title:SQM Co-ordination Managers

Location: St. Louis, MO 

Duration: 6months

JD: 

·         Exemplary communication skills and ability to get things done by different sets of people with diverse background by building amicable relationships on the fly.

·         Daily E2E status reporting to the client Sr mgmt including the executive director/PMO/VP's/TD's for a particular product line e.g. Ethernet/LTE etc

·         Someone who is adapt at asking good questions and learning an unknown area by asking minimal questions in order to successfully co-ordinate a key business mission critical task for the client

·         Ability to drive structure within an unstructured environment and talk at an executive level within IT as well as business user groups

·         A go-getter with 4+ years of IT SDLC/support experience or 8+ years of non IT mid to Sr mgmt experience

·         Flexibility of working in extensive hours for co-ordinating a key service quality management task to a successful closure
