Business Analyst needed for 8 month+ contract in Norcross, GA #Atlanta #I TIL w/Banking, Financial products experience
Under direct supervision of an organization Director the Business Analyst will Create, Build and Maintain team
documentation library, Develop and maintain Operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), Represent
the organization in ITIL Problem Management reviews, Identify information to be documented for a Remedy
Known Error Database, Creates, Updates, and Publishes Knowledge Management articles within Remedy;
and Manage Incident outage bridges as needed.
Requirements:
Experience in an IT function, of which 3 years of experience has been in a second line support role or leadership role;
Experience working with online financial products or professional services online banking solutions in the areas of business, middle market or commercial banking;
Experience in an external "customer-facing" position
Relevant banking product experience in one or more of the following:
Cash Management products, ACH, wire, domestic and international payment systems and file formats;
Knowledge of bank posting systems and processes;
Experience and conversant in the use of Incident and Change Management processes according to ITIL framework;
Able to effectively balance client's needs and priorities with the companies needs and priorities; able to influence client decisions;
Excellent Customer interface/ service skills;
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project Required; and ITIL V3 certified for Change and Incident
