Position: 18694 - Commissions Functional Analyst

Location: Bellevue, WA

Contract: 9 Months 

Job Description:  

Translate business and functional requirements into documented technical specifications.

Utilize development experience and knowledge of SQL and RDMS, to create technical specifications, with deliverables that include pseudo code and test cases.

Facilitate and lead reviews (walkthroughs) of technical specifications with other members of the technical team communicating design, requirements, feature set, functionality and limitations of systems/applications to business and development team.

Perform root cause analysis and resolution of problems affecting SQL Server based applications.

Minimum Required Skills / Competencies:    

- Prior Application Design and Development experience for complex multi-tiered applications

- Relational database design, SQL, TSQL, creating/modifying complex stored procedures, functions, indexing, and triggers.

- 4+ years of enterprise level testing methodology.

- Advanced knowledge of VISIO, WORD, and EXCEL to create technical documentation.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

SQL Server 2005/2008 or Oracle

C#, ASP/.NET development 

Must have:

-4+ years reading and writing T SQL.

-Good written and verbal communication skills

-Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite
