Summary of Role:
This person will be focused primarily on Test Planning and Execution across our Siebel CRM environment supporting the Loyalty Program and related Marketing Campaigns. This role will specifically focus on data testing with a goal to ensure data quality and accuracy across an integrated environment with an emphasis on ETL testing, source to target mappings, data extracts and input/output from third party vendors.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
¾ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to talk to both technical and non-technical users
¾ Must have experience with SQL Scripting and ability to utilize ad hoc query tools (i.e. TOAD, SQL Plus).
¾ Experience and understanding of Siebel CRM platform (Campaign Management, Marketing Analytics, or Loyalty) preferred but not required.
¾ Understanding of basic database structures and data stewardship best practices preferred.
¾ Experience with Defect Tracking Programs (Starbucks uses TFS, QC) required.
¾ Knowledge of effective testing practices and methodologies. Test automation also preferred.
¾ Strong analytical and documentation skills.
¾ Experience with high volume transaction environments.
¾ Ability to work effectively both individually and as a cohesive team member.
