Role: Program Manager – Lab Automation

Skills Required-
Minimum 10+ years of experience implementing various laboratory automation solutions.
Should have strong expertise in Global Informatics systems (LIMS, CDS, SDMS, and ELN) in the regulated life sciences space.
Should be focused on leveraging expertise in lab informatics strategy, implementation, enterprise integration, validation, process improvement, delivery management and team facilitation.
Strong understanding of laboratory operations, instrument interfaces and integration of Pharma R&D space, preferably in Drug Discovery and Pre-clinical business areas.
Experienced in strategically defining road map for all LIMS systems for better ROI while closely working with client's senior leadership team.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Should act as a SME/expert on laboratory solutions for pharmaceutical industry.
Experienced in Program and Delivery management, business process improvement, requirements, implementation, validation, Lab Vantage Sapphire V05 -V06, Lab Ware LIMS V05, SQL LIMS, SAP LIMS Connector, LIMSLink.
