Job description:
• To work with the IT PMO responsible for maintaining the Fiserv CBS platform and assist with the below tasks.
• Scoping and managing mission-critical project initiatives related to core banking operations regarding call handling & servicing, funds movement, account opening and related activities
• Production support and troubleshooting system issues related to outsourced applications.
• Maintain system configuration and business parameters for core banking platform.
• Identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Work with Ops Strategy team to determining scope of process improvement initiatives and creating work plans - including deliverables, key activities, timelines, and responsibilities.
Responsibilities will include:
• Maintenance of the current core banking platform (Fiserv) and its peripheral applications.
• Maintenance of the Fiserv modifications.
• Key Deposit Product related projects in relation to Fiserv such as Remote Deposit Capture.
• Serve as a subject matter expert with Fiserv data and assist with data mapping for the new core banking platform (Finacle).
• Help run the day to day activities of Deposit Products.
Required Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of the Fiserv CBS platform – both functional and technical.
• Good understanding of the CBS Data Model.
• Strong Oral and Written communication skills.
• Ability to interact at Senior levels within client organization, including making presentations to senior management.
• Must be able to work independently as well as within a larger team.
