Job Title: Cellular Network AdministratorJob Location: Redmond, WA
A minimum of 5 years' experience in the field of wireless network engineering and/or wireless network support
Extensive knowledge of Layer 2/3 wireless and network protocols.
Experience and knowledge of wireless system architecture
Must include network architecture design or operations in the following technologies:
BSC, RNC, SMSC, MMSC, WAP, HLR, AAA, HSS, SIP, IMS, VoIP, LTE, EPC, ISUP, SS7, MGW/MGC, VoLTE and solid understanding of VoIP and Wireless Protocols (SIP, MGCP, H.323, RTP, GTP, GRE, etc.)
Understanding of air interface access technologies, basic call flows, mobile operations, and the ability to use network performance tools.
Experience in cellular network management and monitoring and hands on experience with debugging tools
Demonstrate clear and concise communication skills to help debug complex problems
Strong troubleshooting skills to support Windows Phone development and test
Strong communication, verbal and oral, in order to provide technical expertise to peers across the division.
A plus would be:
Scripting language capabilities allowing to automate maintenance routines
Basic knowledge of wireless applications protocols or services, such as VMS, VVMS, AUTD, CSFB, MMS, SMS.
