Most important thing is Sharepoint 2010.
consultant will handle policies, classifications, and launch new sharepoint - frame and actualize
need a consultant that is a hybrid developer/BA/analyst/PM
they will talk to clients, structure a sharepoint environment for organization, augment and walk thru, governance of deployment,
needs to set up standard template and find different steps to get sites going
currently on microsoft 365-sharepoint online but have subscription to sharepoint 2010
needs to be able to consider file size, archives etc
iniatitive of every department (they have 1-4 people internally who lack expertise)
long term they would like BI eventually
need governance to see what they can use it for
have rights to Infopath 2010
technically capable and people person - consultant
needs to develop strategy and plan to execute
assisting with executing (library rights and rules)
just use for internet at present
document share only at present
upload of project documents at present
