Location: Beach, VA

Job Description:
This is in the VA Beach, VA area. Contract is thru October. Will hire from Skype interview. Need a good Java Developer!
Responsibilities
Develop, test and implement Java/J2EE applications that interface with Microsoft SQL Server database.
Develop technical designs and approach.
Maintain existing applications.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure projects and systems are functioning per requirements.
Qualifications
Experience with Java/J2EE stack
Strong in Web based application technologies: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, etc
Experience with Grails desired, but not required
Service-Oriented Architectures and Web Services
Application Servers, Web Servers, Security and Encryption Techniques
Object-Oriented Modeling, Analysis, Design and Programming
Experience working with relational databases
Strong experience in design, development, testing and deployment of Web-based applications
4+ years of overall experience with Bachelors degree
Sound knowledge of Software Development Methodologies and Processes
