                12-15 Yrs in Insurance Industry-and related IT space-Excellent  knowledge in P&C and Life Insurance (US) -policy life cycle management, experience across the value chain
                "Preferred Master's in Business management or similar qualification from a good business school.
CPCU / FLMI  / FCII or similar qualifications would be preferred
"
                Defines the requirements to resolve business-related problems and meet strategic organizational goals
                Identifies, defines, records and communicates user and functional requirements for necessary software, data storage and retention, or workflow and business process changes.
                Performs investigational analysis and evaluation to determine project or application feasibility.
                "Prepares and maintains documentation, including procedures, system specifications, training materials and user manuals in compliance with legal and regulatory authorities and records management best practices.
"
                "Prepares feasibility studies; recommends and establishes program objectives, priorities and schedules in conjunction with user and functional requirements and conducts end-user training, as needed, for assigned applications.
"
                Ability to prioritize independently, multiple requests and system requirements to meet the organizational goals
                Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to present in detail, the business objectives to Sr. Mgmt of IT/Business
                Ability to bridge the gap between Business and IT of the client organization
                Experience in working in an Onsite/Offshore Model for a IT company
