Primary Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Candidate should a minimum of 5 - 7 years of Business Analyst experience with overall 7 - 10 years of IS experience. Strong Business Analysis skills, experience with Data Warehousing and Master Data Management, experience with Business Process Modeling, strong requirements gathering skills, project coordination skills. Highly desirable for the individual to have pharmaceutical industry experience.
A successful Business Analyst will provide technical, business function, and process expertise for the development, implementation and support of business process and business systems for customers of the US IS organization. The primary responsibility will be to use their specialist knowledge and understanding of the business area direction and priorities to drive innovative solutions to information issues and challenges faced by the customer area. In addition, the Business Analyst plays a key role as a subject matter expert in the design and development of solution projects across the spectrum of proof of concept, enhancement, and new deployment categories.
