Requirement:
Experience in c# and .Net Framework
Technically very competent
Designed and worked on multi-tiered web applications
Experienced in writing Functional and technical Specifications
Excellent, clear communication skills
At least one Technical Certification
(Consultant Must be a Certified Developer)
