Description
CCP is a workflow Intranet application used by the various engineering disciplines to request, view, approve, and manage Capacity Creation Requests (CCRs). A CCR could be generated in response to a customer requesting a product or service for which we have no current facilities available. The CCR would request additional equipment be added to a Central Office location so that we could provide the customer with the product or service they requested at a future date.
The candidate for this position plans, develops, tests, and documents computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems: Evaluates user request for new or modified program, analyzing and developing specifications for design, to determine feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current system, and computer capabilities. Consults with user and development team to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives
