Communication skills are very important.
Requirements:
Should have extensive experience in application development and SQL Server database administration and programming
3-5 years of experience in SQL Server database clustering
3-5 years of experience in SQL data modeling and design
Extensive experience working with SQL Server 2005 and 2008.
Experience working with creating cubes and reports
Good knowledge of relational databases (concepts and constructs)
Thorough knowledge of data backup, recovery, data loading, data modeling and writing stored procedures and triggers
