This is our direct-client opening for an Oracle Techno-Functional Advanced Pricing Consultant located near Los Angeles, CA. This is a long-term 9-12+ month project.
Extensive development experience and expertise extending Oracle 11i Advanced Pricing Applications (11.5.10CU2) using Pricing Entities, Price Breaks, Pricing Modifiers, Pricing Contexts and Attributes, Pricing Events and Phases, Pricing Formulas, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle API's.
Extensive development experience and expertise creating custom pricing API's that can price single line and order level queries applying all Advanced Pricing engine rules..
Excellent proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL a using an Oracle 10G Database.
Experience in using Oracle Application Object Library (AOL) features including implementation of Flex fields (Implementing Cross Validation Rules, Security rules), creating and scheduling Concurrent programs, Creating Request Sets, Workflow users, menus, form functions, responsibilities and function security, registration of forms, reports etc.
Good working knowledge of Multi-Org and Multi-Currency.
Candidate must be able to demonstrate how Pricing Events and Phases can be used to re-price CHARGE items. Candidate must also demonstrate key understanding of the Oracle Pricing API's that can be handed multiple lines of information and return pricing based on order-level modifiers and Pricing Qualifiers.
