ABC - QA/Automation Test Specialist
Must Have Experience with RATIONAL FUNCTIONAL TESTER
DO NOT Submit Candidates who have NO experience with RFT
Complete Description:
Duties
• Collaborate with the agile teams to understandrequirements and plan testing efforts to complement and facilitate effectiveexecution of development projects.
• Design test plans collaboratively with developers andbusiness users, including automated and manual tests, test code, test scripts,and review and improve test plans and code design
• Collaborate with developers in creating testable"Definition of Done" acceptance criteria for each User Story
• Design tests that clearly convey the business rules andcode they are checking i.e., Storytests or Automated Acceptance
Tests
• Work with developers to more easily create automatedGUI and integration tests, ensuring quality of large scale solutions
• Develop, create, and execute performance test plans andtest cases which reflect expected usage.
• Train existing staff in automation testing techniquesand practices.
Skills and Requirements
• 5+ years experience in testing J2EE web-basedapplications.
• 3+ years of experience in Rational Functional Tester.
• 2+ years experience writing SQL queries (Oraclepreferred).
• 1+ years experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience working in a continuous integrationenvironment strongly preferred.
• Experience using Rational Quality Manager forapplication life cycle management strongly preferred.
