Required Skills:

- AS 3, Flex 2, XML
- Adobe suite
- Windows, IIS 6
- UI development experience (HTML, CSS, JS, AJAX)
- Good understanding of web technologies, integration with web services
- ActionScript 1 experience
- Understanding of Timeline
- OO design, full SDLC, Unit testing
- Great oral and written communication skills.

  Applicant must meet ALL of these requirements.   Description:

We are looking for a strong Flash developer to port an existing Flash application from AS 1 to AS3/Flex. This was developed by an outside agency, with limited documentation. We need a developer who is excellent at debugging, problem solving, and coming up with work arounds/solutions.
