Roles & Responsibilities

:

•At least 3 years of experience in similar position (experience in a global atmosphere is a plus).

•Reports (specially matrix format) and Dashboards (knowledge of Analytics is a plus).

•Security: Roles and profiles management and understanding current configuration. Sharing rules (very important).

•Data Management (export and import data, related objects) – Maintenance and usage of Data Loader tool.

•HTML email templates, communications.

•Workflows rules (including creating tasks, emails and field updates) and approval flows

•General configuration tasks (record types, management of page layouts, field creation, etc)

•Up to date: able to leverage new SF functionality for the new releases.

•Visualforce and Apex knowledge is a plus (but not required)
