Basic qualifications
• Must be experienced in SAP Implementations (at least 2-3 full cycle implementations). Familiar with SAP environments and SAP Centers of Excellence
• Successful track record of delivering large, complex, strategic corporate programs
• Understands the OCM (organizational change management) challenges associated with implementing a transformational project and effectively leads others through change and adoption
• Strong understanding and experience transforming change control practices from a semi-manual state to an automated, fully integrated one
• Ability to communicate at executive levels with a high level of confidence
• Must be able to follow the SAP Methodology (based on ASAP)

Other Core competencies
• Preferably has implemented Flex ChaRM, ChaRM, Rev-trac or any other top-tier SAP Change Control Management solution
• Is able to create a program or project schedule to organize and prioritize work in a project using MS Project 2010
• Identifies risks, issues and efficiently manage these to protect the deliverables of the project or program
• Is able to create accurate status reports to keep steering and operating committees up to date on the current state of the program
• Has a natural ability to effectively address issues in a timely fashion
• Is able to socialize change with team members and address unrest and OCM concerns timely and effectively, without affecting the project
• Strong collaboration and communication skills are required for managing a cross-team, cross-organizational program effort
