Job Description:
MINIMUM PROVIDER QUALIFICATIONS:
FCCS is looking for:
1. Certified (MCTS, MCITP) SharePoint Administrator or Developer (with 5 or more years experience) to envision, design, create, and implement a solution for information archival between SharePoint and On-Base.
2. The most critical experience requirements are exposure to, and responsibility for, project management, SharePoint solution design and implementation, and experience using On-Base or equivalent ECM solution for archiving records, data retrieval, and data backup.
3. Familiarity with the legal issues surrounding document storage, privacy, and availability is desirable.
CURRENT DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT / IMAGING ENVIRONMENT:
FCCS has an existing document management / imaging environment which can be summarized as follows:
SHAREPOINT ENVIRONMENT:
1.9 Servers (Prod-2 front end, 2 app, 1 SQL, Test-1 front end, 1 app, 1 sql, 1 dev) all running Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 x 64
2.All servers are virtualized (VM Ware ESX)
3.SharePoint Server 2010 Enterprise
4.SQL 2008 R2 x 64
5.Sites
a.Intranet
b.50+ team sites
c.100+ Meeting workspaces
d.Several internal/external application sites, one using forms authentication (FBA)
e.Partners-external access to fccsapps (FBA)
f.ISProjectSVR – Project Server 2010
6.Add ons:
a.Quest Webparts
b.Nintex Workflow
c.DarkBlueDuck Scanning Enabler
d.Muhimbi PDF Converter
e.FBA Management Pack 2010
f.Office 2010
ONBASE ENVIRONMENT:
1.One server with OnBase applications, SQL
