Siebel Systems Analyst
Duration :3 month+
Location: South Florida
Client will hire off of phone interview.
Project Description:
Focuses on demonstrating knowledge of established concepts in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating functional processes in a Siebel CRM 8.1.1 Call Center environment. Understands the concepts, tools, and techniques for the Siebel system with a heavy focus on CTI technologies. The ideal candidate should be an expert in Seibel Assignment Manager and be able to facilitate requirement-gathering sessions. Excellent communication and meeting leadership are essential.
Tracks and analyzes business practice trends. Collaborates with the Lead Analyst & Requirements Manager to help translate business practice requirements and satisfy them using the Siebel CRM system/ CTI technologies and features. Identifies and solves problems and seeks help from more experienced peers or other available sources, when necessary.
Required Skills:
• Must have experience working with business managers; will be in front of the business; exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to gather and document requirements- extremely detail oriented
• Must have an in depth knowledge of use cases
• Must have working knowledge of Siebel 8.1 with experience in Assignment Manager design.
• CTI experience is required
• We are seeking a techno/functional person that can facilitate sessions, document and trace requirements.
• Candidate must be able to be able to speak to the business about processes but also be able to speak to the developers in a technical language.
• Candidate will need to be able to explain in detail the relationships between the Siebel business objects and technical aspects of the Siebel UI.
• The candidate must have knowledge of how best in class call centers work using CTI technologies.
