Title : Software Engineer

Location : Washington DC

Duration : Long Term

Rate : $40-45/hr on C2C

Critical Skills and Knowledge:

·         Good understanding of Infrastructures/Platforms.

·         Significant experience designing and implementing JAVA applications using JAVA and other

·         J2EE elements.

·         Testing experience both as a tester and in supporting testers.

·         Experience designing and executing rigorous test plans.

·         Good understanding of DNS, Firewalls, UNIX, Networks, NFS etc.

Important Skills and Knowledge:

·         Web Administrator experience including configuring web servers and deploying applications (BEA WebLogic preferred).

·         Quick detective work and decision making abilities to resolve production problems.

·         Care in dealing with the production system and knowledge of CM tools and practices to assist in this carefulness.

·         Familiar with build process for Web Development.

DELIVERABLES:

·         Documented user requirement analysis.

·         Documented supporting document for developed software
